Engineered Sloped Sill
This sill features a neoprene gasket that straddles a rail under compression and works with triple-fin weather-stripping for a tight seal. A mechanical interlock holds the bottom of the sash in place under severe stress. ComfortFoam inside the sill is a unique thermal feature not present in most window sill designs.
Robotically Fusion-Welded Seams
All corners are fusion welded and cleaned using the best robotic equipment available, which is far superior to most lesser-quality vinyl windows, as well as all fiberglass and wood windows, that are simply “screwed and glued” together at the seams.
K-Beam

A. Factory Finished Interior Edge Banding is beautiful protection for the headboard, side jambs, and Super- Seat™ seat board. The veneered hardwood enables interior casing to be installed with a reveal to give a professional look.
B. All window and mull cavities are insulated completely with Comfort-Foam for maximum energy efficiency.
C. Unique 3-Layered Design with a Full 3” Thick Insulated Seatboard. Bottom of the Super-Seat™ has ¾” exterior grade plywood with a 1” polyisocyanurate foam insulation core topped with 1 ¼” hardwood Furniture Grade veneer. The foam insulated core fights condensation and energy loss.
